Shipping policy

At SadStonie, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order has been shipped, a separate email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

During checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Kindly note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends, which may result in slight delays.

During periods of high demand, processing may take more than 3 business days.

Processing may also be delayed if:

  • payment details are incomplete or inaccurate
  • the shipping address is incorrect or missing information

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

Please note that some carriers may require 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their systems.

Important Notes

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays.

Change of Shipping Address

You may request an address update within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, address changes may no longer be possible.


Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

If an address issue is identified within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

After this period, you may need to work directly with the shipping carrier.

To minimize shipping costs, we use one-way shipping services.

In some cases, returned packages may be held at the carrier’s storage facility instead of being returned to our warehouse.

For this reason, refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • multiple failed delivery attempts
  • package refused by recipient
  • incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • tracking status shows “delivered” but customer claims non-receipt

For approved lost-package replacements, we will provide:

  • carrier details
  • tracking number

so that you may follow up directly with the shipping provider.


Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, VAT, local taxes, and any additional customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

SadStonie is not responsible for collecting or paying these charges.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means any import taxes or duties required by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
